Learn to cook an authentic Italian pasta dish.

I live in the heart of Scafati's historic center, a short distance from Pompeii's archaeological excavations. From my grandparents, I gained an important inheritance: the love of cooking. Bringing freshly grown ingredients from my garden to my table, I love to share traditional Neapolitan and family recipes, celebrating their authentic and memorable flavors. It is my pleasure to introduce friends from all over the world to the delicious foods of Southern Italy. I strive to entertain my guests with joy, cheerfulness, and good food. I wish that everyone visiting my home would remain pleasantly entertained and happily surprised.

To advance my skills, I attended courses in traditional and vegetarian cooking. Over time, I have turned my passion for cooking into my profession, featuring traditional dishes and desserts from Naples and Campania. As an avid gardener, I love to utilize fresh organic ingredients from my garden and fruit trees. I have also nurtured my own sourdough starter that I love to use in bread, pizza, and pasta-making. My favorite culinary creations? Neapolitan and fried pizzas made with sourdough and Piennolo Campano DOP cherry tomatoes.
